Pre-Study Week

Looking at the calendar

I'm like 

"Gosh~~~"

next week is The Study Week

And I guess when it comes to study week

most probably people will go back to their hometown

to study (I'm not sure)

but for sure it's going to be another peaceful and quiet period

(aikss...)

it always been this way

ain't no other way

So here I am 

in the final week of my second year

(sigh)

I'm just getting older

Well, I've been afraid of changing

Children get older 
I'm getting older too

and realizing that I'm moving out from college starting next sem

the feeling is like

and with some sudden sadness

of course 

I won't bragging next to anyone for no reason

once again the feeling came upon like tidal waves

cause it's week 14

though only 5 subjects this semester

yet the burden and the pressure is so huge to handle

My Past

I admit that my past wasn't all that glorious or grand

(including my not-so-grand love stories)

not with the giant spotlight 

or camera flash

but the past has become my motivation

my strong will

to shield myself 

from the world's darkest part

even they try to corrode me 

with the outrageous bad elements

I said "oh gosh!!!"

What I did was standing tall

(at least to others)

and bulk up

I just like to watch TOP MODEL series around the globe

as long as they exist on the web

I'll go watched

for example

and not forgetting

the initiator 

America's Next Top Model

ANTM CYCLE 1~

Though the show's rating drops tremendously

(why???)

yet the show (for me)

always surprises me in such a way

which I just don't know how to explain

it's damn interest to watch it

the makeover

the photoshoot

the commercial

the runway 

the catfight

and much more

here are some of my favorite cycles ~~

ANTM CYCLE 7

Cycle 7 always been the most special cycle to me

though most of theme are not really applicable to the real fashion world

but the exciting part is 

the participation of the only quirky twins (Amanda and Michelle) 

the winner is CariDee English (the left side of Tyra)

ANTM CYCLE 13 @.@

I'm a big fan of this cycle

just meant for the short aspiring models

though I don't like the winner - Nicole Fox (2nd from the left)

I particularly like some of  the girls 

like Sundai, Jennifer and Brittany

ANTM CYCLE 16

here comes another cycle of crazy makeover

awesome photoshoot 

such as posing in the dumpsite, on the camel etc

I like this cycle's winner

Brittani (the furthest long dark hair girl)

perhaps her makeover made her standout a lot XD

ANTM CYCLE 17

it is a pack of past cycles girls that who didn't win their own cycle
given a second chance
to compete again

though the mysterious disqualification of Angelea

remains as an unsolved case

but this cycle served as one of the most epic cycle of all NTM series

ANTM CYCLE 18 ^^

one of the best cycle

one of the best "special" theme

the winner Sophie (with the pink hair)

US vs UK

the photoshoot is wild and crazy

the makeover is so awesome

and the whole cycle is just an epic ^^

I guess I can talk about ANTM non-stop

LOL

that's my guilty pleasure

cause people don't really like this show

cause it's so boring (says who ><")

but who cares

I crashed my car into the bridge

To Our Kingdom

As a Malaysian

I’m proud cause we are living in multinational country

Where everyone respect each other way of living

Embrace each other culture

As well as enjoying each other company

Our land is so damn rich

We have our very own resources

Thus reducing the dependency towards foreign countries

As years gone by

Since Malaysia gained independence in 1957

The leader of the country aka Prime Minister

Had executed various policies

In which has influenced / contributed to the current situation

Most of it resulted in our “rapid” growth of our nation

And some causes unhappy incidents to occur

That’s kinda confusing at a point

Though we’ve embarked in a long journey since then

Malaysia is still at a baby step

Cause the peak of a developed country

Is where advancement occurs in both physical and mental growth

Looking at the physical point of view

Malaysia can be considered doing pretty good

Just look at the our capital KL, browse through our GDP

We are actually on the right track

Maybe the steps are slower compared to the neighboring countries

Yet we are “awesome” as we are

However when the lenses switched to the mental side

There are too many abnormalities

The prejudice, discrimination, and hatred

All started to corrupt the mind of the innocent people

With the advancement of the social network services

Which has become part of parcel of our lives

We realize that people had been dumbfounded

by the show put on by the political parties

not sure whether is a good thing or the other way round

people start to judge

express their thoughts

so that the world can hear their opinions

the next question is what the steps taken of the authorities

to ensure these voices are heard and

related plans are carried out

if else

the voices will get louder

and it might cause riot

and who to blame when that occurs?

So as a concerned rakyat

I don’t to be identified as my own race

I want to proudly say that I’m a Malaysian

Where peace and harmony is possible

And to “not-my-beloved” leader

 who ruled this dying kingdom

Use your magic wand wisely

Rule with wisdom

Not just empty promises

And always try to utter nonsense racist comment

(just because you didn’t win two-third)

You know once bitten twice as shy

People had seen the bad things that you’ve done

The past will come to haunt you if you done nothing good

We know you will do anything to crush the opponents

But you know as a branch on top of the tree

The rakyat will stop provides nutrients to you

At that time

You’ll fall

And go to the afterlife world with numerous sins and humiliation

Not just you

But with the companion of people around you

Who did the same thing like you

Is a karma

You never know what’s coming

But for sure

It’s not a good thing

so what else can who do

sit down and pray hard

and shake it out

cause the road for justice to prevail

still a long journey to go~

Change ahead !!!

It's May

the blossoming of flowers heralds the arrival of spring

and yet

we also welcoming another wave of political tsunami

(well... that's not the main point~)

people said "It's time to change"

can be equate as "It's time to make a difference'

(no different right??)

then some people complaint that the unpredictable weather 

makes them feel "weirdly" lonely

(definition please..?)

I don't get it

until something just slid out of my life

though everything's back to the square one

yet the sorrow still aching in the heart sometimes

so do I need to make a difference?

I guess a baby step should be taken

there will be no vast turnover of me

but new month should bring about new goals to strive for

perhaps we will start to get used to the brand new environment

(if the country has the new ruler XD)

plus

the countdown clock to final exam is ticking

I guess

making a change

is necessary but gradually

I will never forget the past

but the past is imparted in me

is another fond memory to carry forward

to keep on chasing pavements

towards the future
